- All purchases made through the Website are subject to our acceptance. This means that we may refuse to accept or may cancel any transaction, in our sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party.
- NO REFUNDS! Exchanges are accepted for Ready To Wear Items only for an exchange in SIZE. All Custom items are FINAL SALE. Ready to Wear items must be sent back within 20 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-exchangeable. Exchanges are processed within 7-9 business days after your item(s) are delivered. All exchanges must include an exchange form, which can be obtained once contacting our customer service team via email at email@example.com. If the form is not filled out correctly, your exchange may experience issues in processing. When sending by mail, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs and shipping charges must be prepaid. Depending on the shipping method and carrier used, your exchange package may take several days or weeks to reach us. Keep your proof of postage along with a tracking number as we are not liable for exchange packages that are lost or stolen in transit. MARIE B. COLLECTION reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject changes from customers at any time.
- As stated above all custom items are FINAL SALE! Please review the size chart and input your correct body measurements Marie B. Collection will not responsible if your items due not fit correctly. Please note that sizes differ based on cut and fabrication. Additionally, if you have a garment custom made (based upon your measurements), it does NOT guarantee the perfect fit. This is the purpose of alterations or modifications.
- To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
- Once your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can up to 7-21 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
- Shipping is 3-5 business day, When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- All packages require a signature upon delivery to ensure you have received your package.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
